We want you to be happy with your SticklR kit. This policy explains how returns, refunds and replacements work.
Reservations
Reserving a kit costs nothing. You can cancel a reservation at any time by emailing sticklr.app@gmail.com.
60 days to try it
If SticklR doesn't work for you, you can return your kit within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid, even if you have already stuck the tags on your things. We pay for return delivery: email us and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
Faulty tags
For kits from the founding run: if a tag stops working within 12 months of delivery, and not because of damage, we will replace it free of charge. Email sticklr.app@gmail.com with your order number and which tag has failed. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within [10] business days of us receiving the return, or of us agreeing a refund for a fault.
