These terms cover your use of the SticklR app and SticklR stickers, provided by SticklR ("we"). By using the app or buying a kit, you agree to them.
Using the app
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the SticklR app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows.
Use it for your own things
SticklR is for keeping track of your own belongings. Do not use stickers to track another person, or their belongings, without their knowledge and consent. Doing so may be illegal, and we may end your use of the app if you do.
What SticklR can and cannot do
SticklR relies on Bluetooth, your phone's location and its notifications, all of which are controlled by your phone's operating system. Alerts can be late or missed, for example when your phone restricts apps running in the background, a sticker's battery is flat, or something blocks the signal. Distances shown are estimates. SticklR is a helpful reminder, not a guarantee, and must not be relied on to protect anything where loss could cause serious harm.
Kits and stickers
Kits are sold subject to our refund policy. Prices are shown before you pay, including any delivery charge and tax. A reservation is not a purchase: you are not charged until you confirm your order.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for items that are lost, stolen or left behind, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for your kit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and ending
We may update the app and these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect. You can stop using SticklR at any time by deleting the app.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [State or country], without affecting the consumer protections of the place where you live.
